At the start of the main draw you will get to see the most players and matches and on Saturday you’ll get to see the ones that survived the week to get to the finals. Monday finished up the qualifying rounds with eight players winning and advancing to the main draws. 4 main draw matches were played with three of them being fairly easy matches.
Tuesday is 100% main draw play with both singles and doubles. Local favorite Matt Roberts (USA) plays Nima Roshan (AUS) in singles at 10 and again in doubles not before 2. Local Wild Card, Tomas Jecminek who was the assistant tennis coach at OBU will play his first singles match on court 6 after the 10am match finishes. The winner of the Wild Card tournament, J.P. Ritchie (USA) will play singles at 1 and after the 1pm matches you’ll have the choice of local wild cards Mel Collazo (USA) / Tomas Jecminek (CZE) in their first doubles match and Matt Roberts (USA) / Adrians Zguns (LAT) in their first match.
16 total matches and a lot to choose from. We look forward to seeing you out there.
