Diane Kesling won the first SHREVEPORT SINGER OF THE YEAR competition, and the following season appeared in the title role of Hansel in HANSEL AND GRETEL. She is a graduate of THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY, and upon graduation joined the prestigious Houston Opera Studio, where she studied with Elena Nikolaidi.
Diane will be performing Saturday night at the Taste of Tennis event at Pleasant Valley Country Club. This is the premier social event of the tennis tournament week and sure to be one of the highlights. Lucy Garvin, the President of the USTA, will address the people at the event, including many of the tournament directors, chairs and volunteers who have made this event such a success over the last 30 years. If you miss this,….. well, it’s just your own fault. We hope to see you there.
