Sponsors, please review the following checklist and contact Breda Turner for delivery of the requested items.

For all of the sponsors, we need the following items for your website exposure:

1. Square graphic to display in the rotating sponsor area on the main page
2. Banner ad graphic to rotate in the interior page banner ad pages.
3. Paragraph to display on mouseover of the graphic.
4. URL to go to when graphic is clicked.
5. URL to go to when banner ad is clicked.
6. Company logo for t-shirt ($5,000 sponsor and above only)

In addition to the materials needed for the website, we also need sponsors to provide:

1. Marketing contact for graphics, etc.
2. Provide a banner to be put up at the tournament. Drop off at St. Vincent Auxiliary or call them to arrange it to be picked up.
3. Reminder that we will work with them to distribute marketing materials or promotional give-aways at the event if appropriate for them.
4. Need tournament program ad - size based on content
   

   $10,000+ - full page

   $5,000 - half page

   $2,500 - 1/4 page

   $1,000 - 1/8 page
